# Components:
→ Donuts
01 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
02 - Nonstick cooking spray
→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating
03 - 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
04 - 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
05 - 4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and use a 1 inch (2.5 cm) round cutter to create holes in the center, forming donut shapes; reserve holes for donut holes if desired.
03 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
04 - Place donuts in a single layer inside the basket and air fry for 3 to 4 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until golden brown and puffed.
05 - While donuts cook, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
06 - Immediately brush the hot donuts with melted butter on all sides, then toss thoroughly in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
07 - Serve the coated donuts warm. Repeat the cooking and coating process for remaining donuts and donut holes.
