01 - 6 mini bagels, sliced in half
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
→ Vegetables
03 - 1 cup fresh baby spinach, finely chopped
→ Cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
→ Seasonings
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place mini bagel halves, cut side up, onto the lined baking sheet.
03 - Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of Alfredo sauce onto each bagel half.
04 - Distribute chopped baby spinach evenly over the sauce on each bagel half.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the spinach. Add a light layer of grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Season each portion with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and dried Italian herbs if desired.
07 - Transfer to oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and bagels are toasted.
08 - Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before serving warm.
