01 - 4 salmon fillets, approximately 5 ounces each, skin on or off

→ Marinade

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Combine olive oil, thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Evenly coat both sides of each fillet with the marinade using a pastry brush or spoon.
04 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down if skin is intact.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fillets are just cooked and flake easily with a fork.
