01 - 2 cups seedless grapes, green, red or mixed
→ Lime Sugar
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - Zest of 2 limes
04 - Pinch of fine sea salt (optional)

05 - 8 small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
# Directions:
01 - Rinse grapes thoroughly and dry completely. Remove any stems.
02 - Thread 5 to 6 grapes onto each skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Place grape skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Transfer tray to freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, until grapes are firm.
05 - Combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and optional fine sea salt in a small bowl. Rub zest into sugar with fingertips until fragrance is released and mixture is evenly combined.
06 - Once grapes are fully frozen, roll each skewer in the lime sugar mixture, pressing gently so coating adheres.
07 - Serve immediately for optimal texture, or return coated skewers to the freezer until ready to serve.
