# Directions:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.

04 - Incorporate tomato paste, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper; stir thoroughly to coat meat and vegetables.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes if using turkey or 25 minutes if using beef, until meat is tender.
06 - Add pasta, stir well, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
