# Directions:
01 - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.

03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes if using turkey or 25 minutes if using beef, until meat is tender.
