01 - 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

03 - 1/2 cup granola
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

05 - 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

06 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and sweetener if using. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
02 - Gently rinse and pat dry the berries. Slice strawberries if they are large to ensure even layering.
03 - In two serving glasses or jars, spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom. Add a layer of berries (about 2 tablespoons), then sprinkle 1 tablespoon granola and a pinch of chia seeds. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries and granola on top.
04 - Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for a slightly softer texture.
