# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until just blended without overworking.
03 - Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
05 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer gently. Stir in butter and cook 3 to 5 minutes until glossy.
06 - Transfer baked meatballs to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes for flavors to meld.
07 - Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh chopped herbs.
