# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
03 - In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar; whisk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully integrated.
04 - Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined, then stir in chopped pistachios.
05 - Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
06 - Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
07 - Lift the blondies out using the parchment overhang and cut into triangle shapes resembling Christmas trees.
08 - Melt white chocolate and drizzle over each triangle. Adorn with sprinkles and insert mini pretzel sticks at the base as trunks.
