01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, cube the cantaloupe, and ensure pineapple is cut into chunks.
02 - Thread fruit pieces onto wooden or metal skewers following the rainbow sequence: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, grape. Repeat as necessary until all skewers are completed.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract (if desired) in a mixing bowl. Stir until creamy and smooth.
04 - Arrange fruit skewers on a serving platter. Provide the dip on the side for accompaniment.
