# Components:

01 - 24 whole wheat crackers, round or square
02 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 24 small squares

→ Roasted Red Pepper Dip

03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt

→ Decoration

09 - 24 thin strips of black olives
10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Arrange crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake for 4-5 minutes until the cheese just melts without bubbling, then remove and cool slightly.
04 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a black olive strip across each dip to mimic a belt, then add a small yellow pepper or cheddar square as the buckle.
07 - Arrange finished pieces on a platter and serve immediately.
