# Directions:
01 - Place strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Divide the strawberry mixture evenly between two tall glasses.
03 - Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
04 - Gently pour 3/4 cup chilled oat milk over the strawberry layer in each glass.
05 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until frothy and smooth using a bamboo whisk or small frother.
06 - Slowly pour the matcha over the oat milk layer in each glass for a distinct layered appearance.
07 - Serve immediately, stirring before drinking if desired.
