→ Pizza Assembly
10 - 1 pound pizza dough
11 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
14 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
15 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
16 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
17 - 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
18 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
19 - 1/2 cup bean sprouts, optional
20 - 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced, optional
# Directions:
01 - Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together all peanut sauce components. Gradually add warm water until a smooth, spreadable consistency is achieved.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch diameter. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal.
04 - Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Spread two-thirds of the prepared peanut sauce evenly over the crust, reserving the remaining sauce for drizzling.
05 - Layer the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced red onion over the sauce.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust achieves a golden hue and the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
07 - Remove the pizza from the oven. Uniformly drizzle the reserved peanut sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts, and optional bean sprouts and jalapeño slices.
08 - Slice the pizza and serve immediately for optimal enjoyment.
