# Directions:
01 - Fry bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into the same skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring with a spatula until eggs are just set.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave until soft and flexible.
