06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives

08 - 24 black olive slices
09 - 24 small capers
10 - 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced
# Directions:
01 - Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from each slice of bread to yield 24 stars.
02 - Combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
03 - Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture on half of the bread stars, then cover with the remaining stars to form sandwiches.
04 - Press two olive slices onto one point of each sandwich to create eyes, placing a caper in the center of each olive slice.
05 - Optionally, adorn the tips of the star points with finely diced carrot pieces for extra detail.
