# Components:

→ Pasta

01 - 7 oz short pasta such as rigatoni, penne, or farfalle

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, optional

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Combine cooked pasta in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if using, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Toss well to coat evenly.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway through, until pasta is golden and crispy.
