# Directions:
01 - Arrange the tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
02 - Using a spreading knife, evenly distribute 1 ounce (approximately 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese on each tortilla.
03 - Position a cheddar or Swiss cheese slice in the center of every tortilla.
04 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped dill and red onion over the cheese layer, then drizzle with yellow mustard.
