01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, for serving
# Directions:
01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Stir the mixture using a non-metallic spoon until fully integrated.
02 - Cover the jar using a breathable cloth or coffee filter, secured with a rubber band. Allow to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours, until the liquid becomes lightly effervescent and tangy.
03 - Strain out the water kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve cultures for future use or discard.
04 - Transfer the fermented probiotic soda base to a pitcher. Add fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine ingredients without losing carbonation.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail over the ice and garnish each glass with a thin slice of orange and additional fresh mint leaves as desired.
06 - Serve immediately to preserve optimal fizz and freshness.
